The morning's rays shined on the trees that covered the soundless forest that lead to a nearby Meadow and a dirt path that seemed marked with paw prints. Slowly walking amog these paw prints, was indeed a kittypet and seemed to be on the alert side. The Kittypet's appearence was more of a She-cat, her pelt shined as the sun's rays reached it and the top stripe began to appear slowly, outlines marking where it begain and where it ended. Stopping for a moment, the collar around her neck made a ringing sound and she nearly hissed in anger but silenced herself when a noice sounded behind her, turning her head slightly with a blick of her blue eyes. Her tail twiched but her body remain calm, making sure not to show fear in anyway, shape or form. Flicking her ears a few more times, the kittypet turned to where the noise was and tilited her head to one side, one paw shining alittle brighter then the other as she stood. "Well? Show yourself instead, unless your scared?" She meowed, her tone almost in a calm but mocking manner and waved her tail slightly (( Not my best one, but good enough ))

l u n a The gentle tinkling of a kittypet collar made Luna twitch. She'd ripped her bell off not two weeks ago. She watched the other cat as she winced, and then, Luna snapped a twig and the cat turned around, demanding she come out. "Scared? Why would I be scared of a little kittypet like you?" Luna said with a sneer, padding over. Her eyes were wide and rabid, her fur stuck out everywhere, and her collar was ripped and torn. Scars, both new and old, covered her. "The name is Lunatic, but you can call me Luna. I'm the local insane clan cat fighter." she hissed, padding around Saphira, eyes flashing.

Saphira just blicked at the she-cat, her tail swaying gently in the windless air and sighed. This she-cat was indeed what her name said, judging by the she-cat's pelt sticking out in places and Luna's eyes wide and flashing. But this hissing, well, it didn't really scare her and simply spoke with a sort of harsh tone to get her point across. "Well, Luna. I hate to brake it to you, but I'm not that sort of kittypet that get's scared of anything. So, that hissing of your's needs to cool it." Lowering her ears back alittle, she let out a snarl of her own. "And don't judge a book by it's cover, unless you already know them." Lashing her tail, Saphira stood her ground with her blue eyes as cold as water and waited for the she-cat to reply. Lunatic or not, she wasn't about to let some cat taught her for nothing.

l u n a "You're right there - you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover - the more you do the more likely you are to be left dead in a heap. A few cats have learned that from me." the female grinned a strange, wide and malicious grin, licking her claws lightly. "I've been trying to rescue my brother Leopold. He's been a prisoner in a clan for a few moons now. I've been trying to rescue him."

What a glorious day. It was the height of summer, or as the clancats called it 'greenleaf' - one of the things that boggled the ginger cat as he padded cheerfully along a low stone wall. Why were the clancat's vocabulary so different to ours? He supposed that loners had less interaction with other cats, therefore keeping their own speech patterns, but he shook the thought away quickly, not wanting to be put down by thoughts of segregation between himself and those cats who lived among each other. It was this segregation that had so many warrior-fit cats living out by themselves, either refusing to join or rejected by a clan.
Crossing a stream, leaping a log, he made his way to wherever he pleased - or ended up. It was then his ears perked. In the distance, he could hear some sort of commotion. Two female cats from the sound of it... from a clan? There would be more of them, surely. He scented the air, now stopped in his tracks. Very faintly, he caught the scent of two kittypets carrying the distinct smell of upwalkers on their fur. Perhaps they were disputing the best place to sun themselves in their garden. Wait,, there weren't any houses nearby!
"How mysterious." Arthur meowed to himself, his deep words rolling off his tongue, quiet enough not to attract attention. Tentatively stepping forward, deciding whether he would regret his choice, he carried on forward toward the sound. Uh oh.
Two female kittypets, obviously having just met, were having a showdown it seemed as each gave the other a glare that could scare Arthur from here to Moonclan's camp. Keeping his tail raised high and his ears perked, he lightly walked forward, almost skipping. Looking from one to the other, he decided he preferred the look of the pretty grey kittypet to the scruffier looking she-cat.
"Excuse me, ladies - I hope I'm not interrupting - but can I ask what's happening here?" Arthur meowed bravely, sitting the same length away from both cats but squarely in the middle. He wrapped his fluffy red tail around his legs and began to groom his left paw and swipe it over the top of his head between his ears.

Saphira was about to let out another snarl but silence herself with a wave of her tail. She had counterd many kittypets in her kit time, mainly because of her mother but never before had she met a she-cat quite like this one. Then Luna started talking about it's brother and the word clan cats came to mind, tilting her head to on side but still held the cold look in her eyes. "If your looking for your brother, try finding his scent. That would be the best way to find which clan has him." She meowed, half closing her eyes before flicking her ears at yet another sound, turning her head to find a tom appear from the bushes and sighed. I seem to run into alot of cats lately. Saphira thought, looking at the tom with a slight look of wonder before turning her head back to Luna. Just by the look of the tom, she could tell that he was a loner. Hearing the tom speak to them both, the gray she-cat turned her head back him and with one eyebrow raising abit, spoke as if her anger was never there. "Well, I asume that this is a matter that even I don't understand." Sighing abit, she flicked her tail over to Luna and blicked. "But I guess it's just a growling fest that happened to vaish once you got here." Saphira added, moving her grayish-white paw away from the light and began to clean it with her touge.

l u n a "As if, kittypet. Have you even tried to scent the clan cats? They scent their borders and my brother's been missing a while - any scent that was there has been washed away by the rain." she hissed. Saphira was a stupid kittypet - she knew nothing Luna knew about the clanners. She was about to tear at the little things eyes when another cat came. She whipped around with a snarl. "None of your business, cat. Now scram!" she snarled. Luna couldn't kill with two cats around - one would raise the alarm or run away and tell other cats or just generally be a nuisance and not leave her alone. Her eyes flashed with anger - stupid kittypets sticking their noses where they didn't belong.

Saphira lowered her paw and shot a glare at Luna, her blue eyes once again cold and her tone turned harsh again as she spoke. "For one thing, My Name is Saphira and Two, I have heard stories about them. Plus, have you ever thought that he maybe in one of the Patrols?" Lashing her tail abit, the gray cat calmed herself and narrowed her eyes. Something told her that this she-cat was nothing but trouble and the tone in Luna's voice, only made saphira more sure that this cat was indeed mad over losing her brother. "Listen." Saphira began, her voice still held a hint of anger as she spoke. "I can tell that you want to find your brother, but don't go snapping at others just to get your way." Turning her head to the tom, she waved her tail before looking back at Luna. "Besides, I know things about those forest cats that many kittypets don't." She added, turning her head back to the tom with a slight smile. "So...who are you, since I said my name already?"

He appreciated the warmth he recieved from the she-cat, whom he now knows is called Saphira. He was about to speak, his mouth opened ready, but was interrupted by the scruffier cat. Although inside he was taken aback by the coldness laced in Luna's voice, Arthur managed to stay still and continued grooming, one eye open on the two as they fought. He liked the pretty grey cat and was slowly beginning to form a soft spot for her, but she was still a kittypet - one that might not be able to handle the loner-life. Finishing his grooming session, the fur on his face and chest now clear of any leaves or debris he might have picked up on his journey to this clearing, he flicked his tail as Saphira spoke to him.
"I'm Arthur." He said, again in his calm deep voice, and then turned his attention to Luna, who was looking less than pleased with his presence. "And I must say, I do know my way around the clans, infact I know alot about them. Being a loner... I pretty much know everything thats going on through whispers and unguarded words." There was almost a rhythem in his voice as he taunted Luna. He knew she couldn't attack him now that he'd given her the option of help to find her brother.

there was a wavering shadow in the darkness, and flooding the senses of the fireclan apprentice was her worst enemy, luna. she glared, her vibrant green eyes glowing orbs in the shadows. another she-cat was caught in the snarling state of the insane former kittypet turned loner. as yet another cat arrived, the dark ginger pelt of a tom. he seemed to be standing up to the siamese. a wonder, she had thought, that anyone would have the guts. but even the other kittypet seemed to be snarling he way through her. chilled to the bone, the older apprentice stepped out, showing her light tabby pelt. her glossy white underbelly and muzzle shone. and her dark stripes caught the sun and made her seem almost menacing in a way. she was rude, yes. and she was definately in no mood to deal with luna's attitude. so she raced out, fur standing on end. her fangs bared and her eyes ablaze.
"so here appears the measly old flea-ridden kittypet looking for her lost old brother." she hissed, straightening herself out and spitting out a threat. her eyes blazed with hatred, and she padded up to the cat, pinning her ears back and baring her thin fangs again, she glared. "guess what, your brother is living inside one of the clans, and loving every moment. i've seen him at gatherings. he seemed pleased. he doesn't even mention you. or does he even seem to care. so scram. your far too close to the borders, you mange-ridden excuse for a cat!" and with that she leapt at luna, hoping to give her a sheathed clawed blow to the head. l u n a Luna would have been quiet had one cat not come along. She snarled loudly, jumping back as the little apprentice made a move at her. "Stay away from me you mangy flea bitten moggy!" she snarled, unsheathing her claws. She growled, her fur standing on end. "I can go where I please. I'm not on your territory, so scram, miss 'oh mu guh get off my territoree'! And I don't care if Leopold never mentions me - he's my brother and family sticks together!" she spat. Now, Arthur and Saphira were at the back of her mind. She'd kill that cocky little apprentice if it was the last thing she did.

Saphira blicked abit, shocked to see a younger cat come into view and with a flick of her tail, calmed herself. She had heard of Apprentices from her mother, who had been told by her Clan cat father about how the clans were like. But this little she-cat had to be very bold to go against Luna, who in Saphira's mind, was indeed crazy and in some cases, needed to be left alone. Raising one of her eyebrows, the gray she-cat simply ignored Luna and the other she-cat and turned her head to Arther with a nod. "I guess you can say, that this is now between them?" She slightly chuckled, flicking her tail over to the now hissing she-cats and sighed. "Anyway, Why are you here? I know your a Loner, but I don't see many Loners around these areas." She asked, even though a few words were added in her mind as she flicked her ears back at hearing the other two battle it out. I see too many kittypets wander here anyway, bugging me about the forest cats.

Arthur managed to leap out of the way seconds before Luna and the newcomer, who looked to be a very few moons old, erupted into violence. He sighed to himself mostly, moving himself away from the fighting but stayed standing as he did. He was now fully alert, in case either of them turned on the poor ginger cat, who was only here to try and keep the situation peaceful, which obviously could never happen.
Instead he turned his full attention to the pretty she-cat, who was now again speaking to him. He laughed when she commented on the fight, nodding his head in agreement.
"I guess it is." He stood, his amber gaze on Saphra, before speaking again with a amused meow: "Well, you musn't be a regular to these parts. Loners are everywhere and anywhere, from the riverbanks to the trees, even on the edges of some clans. I guess you could say we're a little wild ourselves." He said, with a glint in his eyes, and a grin. He hoped his grooming had paid off.

Banditshard was sick of staying in camp all day, in the warriors den, on his spot that he slept in every night, he missed Pocco, he missed having his kits around him. He growled and stood up headin out of camp, his sleek fur rippling across his powerful form, the bright sunlight brown laced with beautiful dark spots that made him look like a little leopard, even though he was bigger then the adverage cat. He wandered out of camp his large claws scrapping against the dirt that covered the forest floor, he licked his muzzle, his pointed whiskers folded back a bit before going back, he longed to have fish again, back at his old home with Pocco he would always catch some for them, he was a natrual swimmer, very gifted as well, not just with looks, but with power and speed and of course skills.
Not to say he was better then the other cats, in his mind he most certainly wasn't but he was different though, his larger form sometimes scared the apprentices, but he didn't care that much, being around so many made him feel strange, like he was trapped. He didn't like the feeling but he did like the new home. He blinked and realized how far he had gone, he didn't reconize anything at all, he was tempted to go back, but he was already here so why not look around, he wandered and came across a mysterious group of cats.

"Yes, yes you are." Saphira meowed, somewhat taken back by what Arther had said and blicked, her blue eyes alittle dazed. Are all loner toms like this? I heard of kittypet toms being flurty but this tom seems...too..calm. She thought, stepping back a few paw steps to avoid being run over by the two growling she-cats. Looking up to the sky for abit, she could tell that the sun was starting to rise and flicked her ears back. "It's almost sun-high." She whispered, her gentle voice was barely able to carry a sound and thus, was too quiet for the others to hear and glanced down at her coller, the sheer image of what she didn't want. The tone in both Arther's and Luna's voices was a remainder of what she was, a fate that was never meant to be and path she so wanted to turn away from. A kittypet. An image of the soft life and dimly, something that everyone thought of her as. Why can't anyone see? Saphira thought, sighing as she looked up at Arther but froze and flicked her ears at yet another sound. She may not be able to pick up other scents, but she could sure hear well and as she turned to look, fear could help but glaze her eyes. Another tom..but this one was different and by the scent of him, set the tom apart from Arther. Backing up abit more, she shook her head abit and waved her tail, her eyes once again calm. "We have company." Saphira meowed, adressing to the whole group with her voice still gentle and filled with wistom.

Eaglepaw glared in defiance at Luna's words. "I am not what you say. And you are close enough, as I would put it.." she yowled then jumped when another warrior appeared. Ignoring him, she glared defiantly at Luna. Acknowledging Saphira and Arthur, she stopped and backed off, looking annoyed and deeply confused. She was taller than most apprentices, and obviously all the more bolder.

l u n a "Why don't you go and chase a mouse little cat." Luna snarled. Stupid clan cats, budging their big ugly noses where they didn't belong. "And are you stupid? Don't you understand? This is Loner Meadow. Loner. No one owns this place so go home and play clans with your friends!" she spat, her hackles on end. Damnit she wanted to kill Eaglepaw right now.

ooc:// eaglepaw's bugging her like that because she can. Fume almost started to pour out of her ears as she listened. She snarled and raised her hackles. "I am not a little cat. As a matter of fact, I am moons older than you. I'll be a warrior soon." she boasted rudely. She then tossed her head, realising, yes it was loners meadow. Clans didn't own this. But just a few feet away were FireClan borders. She hissed again and swiped a blow at Luna. "Your not my mentor. You can't tell me what to you, you fox dung excuse for a cat!?" she caterwauled. l u n a The swipe hit Luna in the maw. Blood starting pooling from a tooth that had been dislodged. Luna's eyes shrank - that little vixen had touched her. She looked up, eyes wild. "I told you, don't, freaking, TOUCH ME!" she gathered up the blood and spat it in Eaglepaw's eye. "I don't care if you're going to be a warrior. I've killed more cats than you have, apprentice." she growled, spitting more blood onto the floor. "This isn't your territory - so go to hell."

Tension made the air thick and it seemed the two she-cats - the smaller being a reasonably trained Fireclan apprentice, and the other being a mad-cat with blood on her mind - had turned a generally peaceful ragtag meeting into a full on showdown. But when the first strike was hit, he'd had enough and dived between the two, shoving Eaglepaw away with his shoulder lightly. He wouldn't try that same move with Luna, not if he wanted to keep both of his ears. The orange tom had considered his options when the fight began and when he'd heard enough of Luna's situation, and he decided he wouldn't mind going with the slightly-crazy she-cat to find her brother. A trip into the clans would be good.
"Stop fighting, it's not good. You're just the same as any clan mindlessly fighting over one silly reason - you don't like each other." He growled, glaring at the two she-cats.
Arthur hadn't even noticed the large male that had turned up, but he was aware of another presence. Glancing over, he noticed the size of the newcomer - a male no less - and decided that he wouldn't try any moves on Saphira as they seemed to be getting on quite well. He lashed his tail once more, looking between Luna and Eaglepaw before meowing again: "Well? What are you going to do about it?"

The large leopard like tom merely stared and knew for certain he was no longer on Fireclan territory, his claws dug into the ground ready to strike in case any of them were hostile, his dark brown orbs watched them closely, his ears perked and his massive paws shuffled a bit as he moved closer to them. Banditshard wasn't the most trusting of cats, he knew not all loners or rogues were nice, some are so sweet they would take a badger for you, others you don't want to upset, he was one of them, you didn't want to get him angry, his power, size, jumping skills and swimming skills made him dangerous to face, but he did have one or two soft spots, he was caring for his clanmates and simply loved kits. His eyes darted back and forth between the cats, "Who are you?" he questioned towards the cat he did not know, having seen Eaglepaw in camp made him wonder why she was out here.

Saphira couldn't help but roll her eyes at Luna and the other she-cat, quite annoyioed with them arguing and clawing each other. Before she could speak however, She spotted Arther get in between the two cats and slowly let her mouth close again, her eyes halfway closed and sighed. Twitching her ears abit, the gray she-cat turned her head to the tom who had an odd scent to him and smiled gently. "Well, I guess I have to be the one then." Saphira spoke, tiliting her head back to the others. "Well, My Name is Saphira..though, so far, no one really cares." She paused, sighing and waved her tail. "The she-cat with the collar is Luna, even though she is alittle crazy. The tom over there is Arther and I guess you know the little one." She finished, turning around with her eyes gazing at the path ahead and blinked. Her right paw glowed a grayish-white under the ray of light and once again, the stripe on her back appeared. "I would like to hang around, but I'm not the type of cat for senceless drama that these two she-cat are making." The gray she-cat meowed, partly in bordom and slowly padded away bit before stopping by a nearby tree and sat with her tail wrapping over her paws. I"ll let them calm down abit...Darama...boy, how it flys.. Saphria thought, looking over to the group with a flick of her ears.

"Saphira?" Banditshard questioned, "A kittypet name no?" he asked curiously, he himself had never been a kittypet but his old mate had been, she wasn't born a kittypet though, Pocco was a loner just as he had been once. He missed Pocco, the beautiful long haired grey she-cat, her beautiful ocean blue eyes, her wonderful voice, her kindness, he missed his love more and more everyday. And not mention his three kits, his beautiful three kits. One had been a she-cat just like her mother, long haired, grey and blue eyes, she was the most graceful of the three, they named her Sky because she could jump just like her father, he had always been so proud of that. The other two were toms, one was a smaller version of him, his leopard like pelt smooth amber colour and dark spots all over it, and even his eyes were a dark brown, they named him Tier, and the last kit was A light amber colour with small dark spots and grey patches of of fur, he was a long haired cat as well, his eyes a light blueish brown, his name was Patches, Bandit had let Pocco name him.
When Saphira spoke again he was torn from his memories, he wondered if she had maybe met another cat named Pocco, he walked over, "I hate drama" He said, then looked at her, "You come from a twoleg house?" he asked.

Saphira took her gaze off of the three other cats and set them upon Banditshard, who had padded up to her with a question. A thought seemed to poke at her as the tom asked, if this tom could be a real Clan cat but pushed the thought away and nodded. "Yes, though I am mostly outside and barely in the nest." She meowed, looking back at Arther and Luna with her eyes half closed. "So, what's your name?" Saphira asked, turning her head away with a yarn.

Banditshard looked at her, he wondered why she left her home, she was closer to the clans then she should be but then again, he was farther away then her should be so it seemed to even out. When she spoke answering his question, he wondered why she even bothered to stay a kittypet it made no sense, almost as much as he did. ."So, what's your name?" Saphira asked him curiously, "Banditshard" he answered quietly as he watched her with his deep brown eyes, his light amber fur covered with dark spots seemed to ripple with muscles underneath of it as he shifted a bit.

Eaglepaw winced under the spat of blood marking her face. At Luna's wild attitude, she had a small, very unnoticable spout of fear. It was only a miracle that the orange tom broke them apart. She stepped back and lashed her tail, biting back the urge to respond to Luna. She hissed angrily, then shot a glare at the kittypet. "You shouldn't even be here, kittypet.." she spat, very unaware to he presense of her clanmate standing near the grey she-cat. She pinned her ears back and glared at Arthur, looking very much dangerous, angered and riled up. She let out a growl/hiss and turned to leave, with a huff, and a flick of her arrogant tail. Saphira flicked her ears back as she heard the tom's name, nearly dropping her jaw but forced to keep it shut with a flick of her tail. A forest cat? Here? But why now? These thoughts seemed to buzz in her mind for abit, as she stared into Banditshard's deep brown eyes and for a second, thought she saw something in them. Blinking her blue eyes, the gray she-cat turned away from him with a slight smile on her muzzle. "Nice name...So, your a Forest cat?" Saphira asked, turning her head back to the warrior with a flick of her left ear. Somehow, she was begining to wonder about him and why he came here in the first place.

"Yes I am" Banditshard spoke swiftly, he was indeed a forest cat, but there he was called a clan cat not forest cat, reminding himself that Saphira is a kittypet and not some random loner or rogue. "You sound interested" He said, noting the tone in her voice which sounded curious, most kittypets don't really wonder about the life of Warrior cat like himself, but then again neither did he when he was merely a loner. His father had called him a loner when he was younger, he didn't really understand it till he had found Fireclan, the only thing that sucked about that place was no fish.

Saphira's eyes widen at the awnser that Banditshard gave, shocked that he was one and flicked her tail when the tom asked her a question. Silent for abit, the gray she-cat shifted to get herself set in a curtain way and nodded slowly. "Well..Yes." She mewed, tilting her head abit to look at the tom's pelt. Banditshard's pelt was different then the other toms she met, in fact, spots covered the tom from head to tail. As Saphira began to speak again, she couldn't help but smile alittle. "I been interested in your kind for quite some moons, which I know can be very odd for kittypets to think that way." Lifting her grayish-white paw, she licked her pad a few times before running her paw against her short whiskers and then lowered it. "And why are you so interested in a cat like me?"

Banditshard casted her a glance nodding at her, she seemed different, she was alot different then Pocco, and there was something about her, perhaps it was her curiousity towards his kind, well he could hardly call himself a clan cat yet, he still had alot to learn, but at least he was trying his best, for his love and his kits. He didn't really belong with them, he was larger then all of them, and his pelt surely made him stand out, his love for fish very strange for a Fireclan cat, but still he felt like somehow someway he fit in, even if just a little bit. "And why are you so interested in a cat like me?" Saphira asked him, he blinked looking at her, his dark brown eyes gazing at her, "Well... I used to know a kittypet before" He said.
