Lilystream blushed softly, her face flushing under her thick greyish silver fur. "I know I won't" She said softly, she truly knew she wouldn't she just hoped she was worthy of such an honor. To be his mate, his lover until they day they die, she always longed to love, but now she was given the chance and she was just beaming with happiness and joy. She blushed deeply and licked him lovingly and nuzzled into him gently, her ears folded back sheepishly. Lilystream smiled, "I love you Brokencyde" She meowed softly.

Brokencyde gazed into her beautifully luminous eyes. He let out another happy purr. He nuzzled her sweetly. "I love you too Lilystream." he breathed. What he felt for her was like millions of butterflies being set free in his heart. It felt like love, it looked like love....it was love.

Lilystream smiled happily, she nuzzled him lovingly, "You are so very nice" She meowed gently, she felt lucky and ever so grateful that he had asked her to be his mate, she swore to be a good mate, she would love him forever and would never leave him, not even death could bring her down now. She smiled softly at him, "Thank you Brokencyde" She meowed gently.

Lilystream smiled softly, "Your welcome" She said softly, "I am glad I am able to make you feel this way" She meowed gently, she truely was happy and glad that she managed to make someone happy, and that in return, she felt completely amazing herself. It was a wonderful feeling, the feeling of love, of joy and happiness, for the first time in a long while, she felt happy truly happy, no guilt in her mind, she pushed it away with the thoughts of forgivingness lingering in her mind.

Lilystream smiled gently, her eyes shimmered with utter happiness, "Thank you" She said softly, she licked him gently and nuzzled him, "Your so nice and kind and brave and strong, I love you more then all the stars in the sky" She said sweetly but truthfully. It felt wonderful to be in love and she was glad she made Brokencyde happy, she would do everything in her power to make sure he stayed happy.

"I would love to, my dear" Lilystream purred softly, she padded into the water slipping in gracefully. She purred happily swimming a small circle around him, her gentle yellowish green eyes watched him happily. Her beautiful silver and grey fur shimmered brightly as the light hit her slender form, her fur rippling through the water. She looked at him gently, "The water is so lovely this time of day!" She meowed happily, she always loved to swim, even when she was a little kit, her father would take her to swim with her on his back, sometimes he'd even let her swim on her own without his help, but he was always beside her.

"Yes, yes it is." Brokencyde agreed he purred as the water lapped at his fur. He swam to Lilystream and kissed her sweetly then went under the water and came up with a flower that had been by the edge of the river. He gave it to her and smiled.

Lilystream blushed softly, she licked him gently when he did before he disappeared. She blinked and looked, she smiled softly when he appeared again, in his mouth he held a beautiful flower. She gasped, her beautiful yellow green eyes watching it. "Oh my" She said softly, "it's beautiful" She meowed softly. She smiled gently, her eyes looking at him lovely, she gave him a gentle lick before nuzzling him. "Thank you" She meowed softly.

Lilystream blushed softly, "Thank you" She said her voice soft and loving. She looked at Brokencyde softly, "it's beauty as warm as the sun, but never as kind and warm as the look in your very eyes" She said gently looking into his enchanting eyes as she looked down at the water lily it truly was beautiful and she was glad that Brokencyde had given it to her. How happy she was? Could she count the ways? No she was so happy not even all the stars in Silverpelt could be enough for her to count on. She would do fine till she would run out of stars because that's how much Brokencyde made her happy.

"You know...When Lilydawn died i never thought i would ever find another she-cat to love again...I didn't think i deserved love...i didn't think i could make anyone happy." he meowed gazing into her breathtakingly beautiful eyes. "But now that i've found you i've realized that i may not be the best tom...i may not deserve you. But i will try as hard as i can to be the tom that you truly do deserve." he meowed

Her yellowish green eyes watched him as she listen to him talk, she didn't remember ever meeting Lilydawn she sounded very nice. "You make me happy just being you" She said softly, "I love you Brokencyde, you may not be the best tom in your eyes but you are to me" She said licking him, "I just hope I can be worthy of you" She said gently.

"Look into my eyes and find yourself lost and tired for no matter what I will be staring into yours with you in my mind always my love" Lilystream purred softly, her eyes shimmering like diamond stars despite the fact they were a lovely yellow green colour. She gazed up at him happily, her beautiful silver grey fur brushing against his fur she purred softly, glad to be with him always.

Lilystream smiled, she purred softly, her gaze holding a beautiful glimmer like starclan itself. She licked him gently, "If you go to Starclan before I, I will watch the moonrise everyday and pray to the stars for the day I can see you again, and when I do see you, I will always be yours forever more and never leave your side" She said, "But if I die before you, I will wait for you everyday and watch over you, and guide you because I will always love you" She said gently.

((Sorry if I barged right in. Hehe.)) A soft glow appeared on the top of the cliff, overlooking the river below where two cats were busy happy in love. The glow shifted into a transparent creature. It was a ghost cat. A spirit had come from StarClan, standing on this very cliff. Darkest blue color was stubborn enough to stay even in the spirit form. Dark eyes looked below and was suddenly filled with bittersweet emotions. Her beautiful gray tabby fur shone in the bright sunlight. A small smile appeared on her muzzle. She had left Brokencyde, but she still did not break her promise to him that she would wait for him to join her with stars in his fur.
Now she was here, watching him with another she-cat. Lilystream, that was her name, was not it? The spirit felt a pang of jealousy, but she pushed it away. Brokencyde deserved a new love. Lilystream was a kindred spirit. She had been through so much, losing her father and a young sister. Lilystream would be faithful and good to Brokencyde for many seasons when Lilydawn could not provide for him.
Now, watching them, the small smile grew into a joyful smile, as her purr sang sweetly and loudly enough for the whole forest to hear her. Even no one ever saw a real StarClan cat, even only medicine cats were granted that unique experience, Lilydawn knew that the two cats below would look up and see only a bright light that was shaped of a cat. Lilydawn purred as she laughed, "Love her as you loved me." Again, she purred at Lilystream, "Love him forever when I could not." Even she never met Lilystream, she greeted this cat with sheer kindness and tolerance. Lilydawn knew she would never have Brokencyde as her only true love, but Lilydawn knew that if she were still alive, things would be different. [/size] |

Two cats walked up right behind Lilydawn, their ghostly pelts shone much like hers. One was white furred while other was a gray tabby. They pressed their pelts against Lilydawn, as if she were their mother. Her unborn kits, Brokencyde's and hers were here. They glanced at their father not with anger in their soulful eyes, but with acceptance. Lilydawn dipped her head, purring sweetly, "No problem. I am very happy. Thank you for everything."
She jumped off the cliff with amazing clarity. Her kits stayed on the cliff, watching them. She touched noses with Lilystream, the beautiful tabby with striking eyes. Dark eyes peered in the yellowish green eyes. As she touched noses with her, she whispered, "I saw them. They are so happy and proud of you."
She jumped on the cliff once again. She turned around slowly as another bright light appeared. Sapphire blue hues were mixed with stunning white and golden lights. Her kits followed her behind, their tails waving in farewell. Before they stepped in the light, Lilydawn looked back, her ears twitched in amusement. She gave a wink at Brokencyde that he alone would know. When she was alive, she always gave him winks as a secret code to help him remember that everything is all right, even when nothing is perfect.

Lilystream blushed softly and smiled at him happily, her eyes casted towards a mysterious she-cat who seemed to be covered with stars, was it a Starclan cat. Lilystream blinked her beautiful yellow green eyes in disbelief, never in her life had she met a Starclan cat she was honored and shocked. She almost gasped upon learning the she-cat was none other then Lilydawn, Brokencyde's old lover, she felt bad upon being here with them, but the words Lilydawn spoke made her calm. She dipped her head, "I will love him always" She said gently glad the she-cat had accepted their love. Her eyes stared into hers as she moved closer, she stared at the kits, so young yet already with Starclan but at least they weren't alone, it made her think of her father and Mintpaw. Their noses touched and Lilydawn told her that she had seen them. Them? Lilystream's eyes widened, she smiled softly, "Thank you" She said gently, how had Lilydawn known what she had been thinking. It didn't matter though because they were proud and just knowing they were alright made Lilystream want to cry in joy. She gave a soft smile and dipped her head gently, she watched Lilydawn leave and then looked at Brokencyde wondering what his reaction would be.

Brokencyde smiled at the wink...everything's gonna be alright... he thought. He turned his gaze back to Lilystream. He nuzzled her affectionately and lovingly. "I love you so much." he breathed. "I'm so glad she's not angry with me...i'm so glad she let me move on...oh starclan i love you." he purred into her ear.

Lilystream casted him a happy gaze to him, she was so glad that Lilydawn let her love him, she purred softly, "Oh Starclan how I love you" She repeated to him, "Oh Silverpelt, oh Sun, oh Moon" She said gently, "No matter what had happened, or what will happen I will always love you Brokencyde" She said softly to him. "I am happy she let you love me, and that she's not angry" She said softly, "Even if you had decided to leave me, I would love you, with my heart broken, I would put it back together and wait, but I won't have to" She said softly, "Lilydawn seemed like a lovely cat" She said to him with soft eyes.

Lilystream smiled, "And I you my love" She said gently, "I will always be with you in one form or another" She said happily blushing she licked him softly, "I promise" She said with happiness in her greenish yellow eyes. They shimmered bright as they stared up into his eyes with such softness. He was everything to her now and she never wanted to lose him, she never wanted to let go.
