Tigerpaw was padding through camp,his thought only on Ravenpaw. Everyone thought the two medicine cats where cyco or nuts or something. He thought Ravenpaw was kind on the inside and hard on the outside. He was going too try and spend time with her,nomatter tha cost it may be,he would cheer her up.
He padded briskly towards the Medicine cat den,knowing she was up at sun-high,carrying a medium sized vole,for her of course. He smiled his goofy little smile,his cool blue eyes surfing camp over for anyone watching,he dropped the prey at the entrance,"Ravenpaw?" He called out hopefully.

Ravenpaw yawned quietly, she rolled over her shoulder hurting as it did from time to time, she hated it so much just for that reason. She glared towards it quietly, before getting up, she simply refused to sleep in the apprentices den because Smallpaw was no longer there. She often slept on the other side of den away from her mentor Shadowsong. Her ears flicked as she thought she had heard her name, she got up and padded over, "yes?" She meowed quietly, seeing Tigerpaw she blinked and looked around wondering what he was doing.

He blushed sheepishly,"I-i-i brought you a vole.. I caught it myself,though there wasn't much out..." He blinkd fastly,wondering... Should he? He had never shown anyone his secret place too think,it was very small but could hold 10 cats at the minimum. His lovely secret hidout. "An-nn I wanted too show you something." He smiled a bit,this was really weird. Him? Having feelings for the medicine cat apprentice? Could he make this even work? Did he really want too do something forebidden? Did she have feelings for him?

Ravenpaw blinked a bit she looked at the vole, "Thanks" She meowed quietly, she looked at the vole, she couldn't believe that he had brought her something. It rarely happened mainly because she refused and went to the pile to get herself something, but this seemed harmless and nice enough. "Show me something?" She meowed curiously, she wondered what she would be shown now? First Cayonpaw showed her this lovely field of flowers, which she had to keep secret. She loved flowers so there was no way she would tell anyone about it, but now she was deeply curious about what else she would be seeing.

He gulped,"Want too take it with us?" He blushed red again,clearly see able for his orange tabby fur,and a bit ruffled at that. He could imagine it now,squeazing through the small whole and watcing the sunset over the trees,and the small path that lead down into an old abandon human forest,with roses,dandilions,sunflowers and prey. He had never,ever,ever,told anyone about it,it was special for him,almost like a thinking place too sit and too rest and too think about all the things about clan life and his history.

Ravenpaw nodded a bit, "Sure" She meowed quietly, her icy blue eyes glancing at the vole, her eyes shifted from the vole for a moment to Tigerpaw, he seemed skiddish, shy? Was that a blush? She had seen this once before. It had been Smallpaw who acted this way in front of another she-cat what was her name? Ravenpaw simply forgot but no matter it wasn't important now... Smallpaw was dead, no more would she see his goofy grin like a thousand shinning suns. She missed him alot more then ever, lately it had been getting hard to forget he was gone. She noticed it everyday, it saddened her to look over with her mouth open to say something, but then she looked and no one was there to listen... or answer back. It was a sad time for Ravenpaw.

He picked the Vole up into his large jaws,blinking fastly,he cocked her his goofy grin,surely matching Smallpaw's super awesome grin. "F-f-f-ollow me." He spun around slowly,hard too take his ocean eyes off her soft black fur and astonishing blue eyes. He purred a bit,choking it back from her hearing though. He padded beside the warrior's rocky den,squeazing into a small tunnel he turned around and stood waiting for Ravenpaw,smiling and waiting gently and patiently,still blushing red. He smiled thinking how Ravenpaw would react about his astonishing hiding place.

Ravenpaw frowned upon seeing his grin, how could he smile like Smallpaw yet not be Smallpaw, her heart confused beyond reasoning, she got up and padded after him. Her icy blue eyes watched him with utter curiousity, she lowered her head quietly, and limped after him, he waited every now and then for her which was okayish, she hated being so slow, it bugged her to no end. But it was not her fault. She was just... slowed down by her own problems.

The pitch black tunnel which he now knew his way around in opened up,the rocky small off-drop staring down into a massive two-leg abandoned garden,filled with daises,roses,violets,tulips,and other sorts of lovely flowers. Catnip would also grow in but it was a little expectable if he just brought it back too camp,so he just hid it. This was his spot,for his veiw and for his thinking and benefit spot,this was where he felt at home and suited,though he loved clan life more than anything..Yet,his smile appeared,seeming too Smallpaw's,he dropped the vole,flicking his tail onto Ravenpaw's should in a gentle fashion,so to say,"I like you just the way you are." Yet he didn't say it,he wasn't well with words,better with actions.

Ravenpaw followed after him silently, she blinked her eyes and made her way down the small off drop, then stared at the garden filled with flowers, she looked around quietly, even two-legs like flowers. She reached down and sniffed the flower quietly, she glanced towards Tigerpaw, as he flicked her shoulder, her good one thank goodness. Her other shoulder oddly placed was starting to hurt her. She stared at his smile. She missed her brother so much, poor Smallpaw, dead and gone without anyone. She wished he could be with her right now.

He blinked gently at her,"E-r-r.." He stuttered,glacning at the flowers,he stood up on his hindlegs and grabbed out a blossoming white carnation,dropping it infront of her,he looked up with his dark enchanting blue eyes,staring wonderfully at her,"It's f-f-or you. A--a-nd there is herbs in here somewhere,just alive on the brink of winter. I-i-i- thought you'd like the place. I love t-t-t-o sit and think here. Is your shoulder hurting? Whenever I want to escape from clan life there is a nest of feathers I made... It's huge.. It's soft and I-i-i sometimes place a few flowers around it. It's where the herbs are... Would you like too.."

Ravenpaw's icy blue eyes looked towards him, he was stammering so much, was he nervous? Why would he be nervous? For what reason could he possibly be nervous? Was he just a shy cat? No not Tigerpaw, she had seen him around camp yelling like a mad-cat, so why the difference. She wanted to know but dare not ask. A flower place before her, she pawed towards it quietly, reaching out to touch it like it was a newborn kit. She loved flowers with all her heart, it was the only thing in the world she could care for without it dying on her and never returning. Flowers in the end always came back. Ravenpaw's eyes looked towards him, "Would I like too?" She meowed curiously, what would she like to do.

Tigerpaw smiled,"Come see the herbs,and the nest.. you could lay in it because don't think I don't notice your pain. I care for you Ravenpaw. I-i-i-.. Like you.." He turned his head away in shame,the leader's apprentice liked the medicine cat apprentice. Wow. Was this shameful on Tigerpaw or what? His tail floated too the ground sadly,but he turned his head so he could see her,his goofy Smallpaw smile again. "Don't freak out on me okay?" He teased,grabbing one of those blowing flowers and puffed those pretty little flowers at her,"I hope you like me.."

Ravenpaw looked at him, she looked down quietly, "You... you shouldn't like me" She meowed quietly, "I am not a good cat" She meowed queitly, she really wasn't she brought only death and pain, she didn't want to suffer, or lose anyone else like she lost her family, her Silentclaw and her Smallpaw. She didn't want to feel that pain no more, plus she was medicine cat apprentice, she couldn't love, even if she bent rules, she needed the job, despite her hatred of it, she needed to be it. She could feel it in her heart, her mind broken and never to heal, she was a monster but at least she could do something besides sit in a den being old.

Tigerpaw smiled like her Smallpaw,the mysterious cute little look he made,"Yet I do Ravenpaw. Yet you like Canyonpaw don't you? I'm just a fleck of dust in the sunrise aren't I? I don't care if you have a bad shoulder,or you claim to be a bad cat that will not inflict me. Yet I dawn upon myself to be leader someday and I know Twilightstar knows it yet she hates to force it unto someone. I'm not stupid and neither are you." He licked her nose softly,blushing at his sign of affection towards Ravenpaw.

Ravenpaw looked at him, her eyes glanced back towards the ground, the twin pools of icy blue longing to see the fiery orange of her brothers. "I do" She meowed quietly, she did like Cayonpaw she couldn't help it, he was so carefree and unafraid and playful, everything she used to be, everything Smallpaw once was, he completed her in a sense, part of the void was filled, but not completely. Ravenpaw wiggled her nose blushing underneath her fur, "You want to be leader?" She asked.

Tigerpaw's head turned away shamely,"Yes Ravenpaw. I am about to start my way. Warriorship is less than a moon away. It's now or never Ravenpaw. If you'd like to wait your whole life go with Canyonpaw. If you'd like to live with someone now and love until you die than stay with me." His tail flicked,"I'm going back to camp. Come with me? Or did you want to wait here and rest for a bit? I'd stay with you if you'd like." His caring demeanor couldn't stop him from suggesting to stay here and have her rest.

Ravenpaw sighed she looked at him with her icy blue eyes, "Tigerpaw you are very nice" She said quietly, "But...You are going to be a warrior so fast, and I am a medicine cat apprentice now, my heart is torn, but you need to go be a warrior and I can't be a distraction" She said quietly, She rested her tail upon his shoulders, "I will come with you to camp" She said, "I should at least try to apologize to Shadowsong" She sighed quietly, she looked at him, "I hope you can forgive me" She said softly to him. She knew it in her heart there was someone out there for him, but it wasn't her.

He shied away from her touch a bit viciously,"Let's go." He said a bit harshly,his face looking sad,hard,angry,and depressed. His always smile had gone, and a depressed frown now appeared on his somber face. Who couldn't feel bad for the tom? "Whatever. Have your lovely life with Canyonpaw. Just don't speak to me about it." He wasn't going to wait up. He didn't ever want to speak with Ravenpaw again. This tom was very angry. Strutting head,he didn't wait for her slower limp, this was a terrible day. Just to face the facts.

Ravenpaw looked away from him, she hated to disappoint him, but she really did like Cayonpaw. And besides, Cayonpaw had already taken the risk of getting close to her, she didn't want to lose anyone with him, she always lost everything she cared about, she didn't want to kill the whole clan... it was better this way.. just better. Ravenpaw sighed and got up slowly she padded towards camp limping painfully as she did, oh how she wished her wound would heal.

Tigepaw fell beside her,his face still frowning,"Need my shoulder? I will not let this get in the way Ravenpaw. I understand this is better. Though I hope we can be very close friends. I still keep my feelings for you respectfully Ravenpaw." He cocked a small smile,slowly beside her so she could lean on him. He wished they could be so close that he would be like a Smallpaw to her,though that probably wouldn't happen you can always have hope and dreams can't you? His sparkling eyes still lit a he thought about Shatteredlight.
