A great deal of roleplays have a pre-set plot and history. The admin controls the story, and much of what goes on within it. Everything is structured; many things must be planned out. Some people don’t mind this.
However, we do.
Red Plume is a fantasy gryphon RP that strives to go against all of these attributes. There are no clans. There is no history – and why should there be? It’s brand new, after all. But, as with all roleplays, what truly defines it is the plot: all members contribute to what path the story takes. Red Plume is a collaborative roleplay, meaning that everyone is responsible for controlling the plot, developing characters, and presenting new ideas. All that is written into the essence of the story becomes the history. We follow a ‘live and let live’ policy – as in real life, there is no telling where the story may turn and twist. Though we are a literate roleplay, we do not demand massive novels of posts; we focus as much as possible on the quality and content of said posts, rather than the quantity of words.
There are few restrictions and many possibilities. Open your mind, and spread your wings: it is time to let your imagination soar.
