Roar of Booming Thunder opened his jaw to yawn, right as he did the scent of fresh kill hit his nasal. It was a good smell, one that brought a smile to the silent Cave-guards face. For a moment he staggered on his paws, trying to get out of the den, but he ended up tripping over himself until he tumbled head over paws.

As his massive black frame rolled into the clearing, he expected the taunts and laughs that usually appeared when he messed up or did anything just a little strange. A large sigh heaved out of his chest as he looked up to the roof of the cave his large yellow eyes. Of all cats, why did he have to be the silent clumsy one?!

Quickly the ebony tom rose to his paws and shook his fur, was it always going to be like this? Was he always going to be a loner in his own tribe? Would he ever find a friend that he could talk to about these very things?
Thoughts like that ran through his head frequently, he never expected anyone to like him. Nor would he expect them be his friend... That's how it always was, and he didn't expect it to change.

Sky blue on soaring wings yawned rolling over quietly, she opened her dark yellow eye, her other eye covered by a scar. Her other eye had been sky blue and had been torn out by a fox and replaced with a scar. It had been so beautiful to look at, but it was gone now. She had been named after it. Her eye had been the Sky blue, and the soaring wings was the beautiful white pelt, the grey spots being clouds, for which only made her name sound like Sky. She remembered how pain she had been in when she first got it torn out, the blood, her screaming. But she was fine now it didn't bother her anymore at all, in fact she didn't mind it one bit. But she hated when others made fun of her eye.

She got up swiftly and stretched smiling happily, getting into her normal state of mind. She smiled happily, her upbeat way returning as she noticed who was calmly sleeping beside her. She casted her one eye'd glance to Storm that brings the Snow. He was the most amazing tom in the world, he was kind and caring and didn't care she didn't have to eyes, he loved her for who she was. She smiled gently at her sleeping mate and licked his ears gently deciding to let him sleep. She padded out and looked towards Roar of Booming Thunder as he tripped, often others made fun of him, but she didn't laugh because she knew what it was like. She had one eye.... she hated the feeling of being different and being made fun of, that's why she thanked the stars above for Storm. She padded over to Roar of Booming Thunder, "Are you okay?" She asked him smiling as she did.
