Twilightstar walked brickly in. She headed straight to the other leaders and hopped up on her rock. "Sorry we are late." she said, dipping her head to the others. She watched her clan take their places.
Wolfsong sat next to Waterlilly, like he always did. He didn't know many cats from other clans so he just stayed with his sister and the other medicine cats. He looked around at the other cats.
Waterlilly smiled at her brother. "It's nice to see the other clans without have all the stupid fighting." She said, trying to make conversation.

Walldrop left his stance near Appleblossom and went to a spot infront of the Highrock to look up at his leader, and the others.

"Let's hurry up and start. We're wasting moonlight,"Demonstar growled, not even bothering to greet Twilightstar. The black tom lept onto the rock and let out a yowl, silencing the cats below him.
"The meeting has commenced. I will start,"Demonstar meowed, glancing at the three leaders as if daring them to challenge him.

Haggarstar only flickered her tail in agreement to let Demonstar speak first.
Appleblossom could not help, but to glance at Walldrop as he moved away from her to sit closer to the leader. In her mind, she wondered what her clan will think if she took Walldrop as a mate. A mate? She was going too far. She crossed the line. That is not good. She looked at the dark sky, begging for StarClan to forgive her.

Lasspaw quieted down and felt the meeting begin. She wondered what Demonstar had planned now.. He seemed so violent, her leader. She could feel tension all around.

Walldrop felt a stare boring into his back. He fluffed his fur slighty, trying to get the feeling to go away. It wouldnt. Walldrop lashed his tail curiously, and turned his head lightly. Seeing from the side of his eye, he saw Appleblossom looking at the sky. Was she watching him before?

"How about we stay a little behind after the Gathering,"Lynxpaw muttered to the other two chosen apprentices before Demonstar's yowl diverted her attention.
Demonstar made sure he had every cats' attention, his purplish-red eyes sweeping the clearing, before starting.
"Mistclan is now growing strong under my leadership. We still mourn for Duskstar, but our warriors are becoming more powerful. Prey is plentiful and we have new apprentices.
Fallowpaw, Rustlepaw, and Ashenpaw are now 6 moons old and training to be warriors of Mistclan."

Walldrop grumbled inwardly, Demonstar was gloating. Sure, rub it in that he has new clan members. New fighters. Cant he bore his own clan with his gloatatious boasting, and shut his trap?, Walldrop thought with a snicker and looked over his shoulder one more time at Appleblossom.

Lasspaw almost jumped when Demonstar yowled. She herself, gave a little squeak of excitement though. Her first gathering! And she had already proven herself to be a tid bit smarter than an older apprentice!

Appleblossom felt like someone was watching her. She looked down from the sky to the pack of leaders. Below, her eyes fell on Walldrop. It is so confusing, to feel like this. To feel like...a giddy young cat having a crush on someone. She would not admit to any cat, but she has a cute crush on the deputy. She liked how his black pelt shone in the moonlight and how he carried himself. He is sweet, soft-hearted, and well-respected warrior. He remind her of Ashsong. Maybe she saw so much of Ashsong inside Walldrop that made her attracted to him.

Walldrop casted yet another glance over his shoulder at Appleblossom. He couldnt help himself, truly. He met her eyes and almost gasped that she was looking also. He ducked his head slightly in embarrassement. He looked back up, and lashed his tail, using it as a question. Asking her if she would come join him.

As Appleblossom saw Walldrop's tail flicker as a question for her to join him, she wanted to go to him. To sit next to him. That is her desire, her want. However, she don't want to move, to bother the leaders. Her paws itched to scurry over to him and rub her muzzle against his's. It was too much for her, making her look away. She just couldn't.

Walldrop nodded at her, he understood. He turned his attention back to Demonstar, the cat in which he did not like very much. he couldnt quite understand why, but he felt strange around him... Likes something was hidden
Walldrop looked over his shoulder one more time with sad eyes..

Revolutionstar nodded a greeting to Twilightstar. He felt great respect for the strong leader. He forced his fur to stay flat as Demonstar spoke.
Brokencyde gazed up to his leader firey anger in his eyes as his gaze drifted to Revolutionstar. He wondered if Demonstar would mention his beloveds death...

Everpaw snorted after Lynxpaw, "All right. We will meet shortly after the Gathering is over." She kept her voice low because the leaders were reporting right now. It was disrespectful of her, but the "end of the world" prophecy was more important. Right? She glanced over to Brokencyde, a warrior from her clan. She felt bad for him. He just lost his beloved Lilydawn. She wondered if Lilydawn was watching them now from the stars.

Haggarstar stepped forward bravely, despite the wound on her left shoulder. The DawnClan leader's yellow eyes were sharp and clear as she spoke, "DawnClan has not much to report." Her eyes laid on her deputy, Tigerfrost. "However, a band of rogues decided to begin a war. We stopped them off. Thanks to our warriors, Bladefox, Foxheart, Siftfur, and Pantherclaw. Also, not only the warriors helped, one of our beloved apprentices have became a warrior in the honor of her fierce deterimation to keep the rogues off the land for her clan." She paused as she looked down at her young warrior, "Lynx(?)."

Lasspaw stood in shock. Lynxpaw was becoming a warrior? she thought. Before me...? she whimpered in thought, then sucked it up. She was not ready to become a warrior yet anyways. Lasspaw made sure to be polite, and show a flicker of well meaning jealousy to the new warrior, almost playful. Lasspaw looked over at Everpaw, to see how she would react.

Walldrop nodded his head in approvel. Lynxpaw would make a good warrior... He needed his own apprentice to train soon. Stretching out quickly, he continued to watch the clans report and such.

Everpaw mouthed, What the foxdung... Her eyes widened in utter shock. Dumbfounded, but at least she paid attention to what the leaders said. She said nothing. Only disbelief was shown on her face.

Walldrop looked over at a couple of MistClan Apprentices. They seemed utterly dumbfounded. Walldrop began to chuckle, his frame shook lightly from laughter. Lashing his tail, he covered his mouth so he would not disrupt the meeting. Maybe Twilightstar would speak next. He began to wonder what his leader might say.

Lynxfang let a shy smile cross her face as the cats of all Clans looked over at her. Then the new young warrior glanced slightly at Everpaw and Lasspaw and gave them a smug smile.

Lasspaw took a mental note to trip Lynxfang with her tail on her way from the gathering. No need to be smug. She would swipe that smile off her face with a flash of embarrassment if she had to. Being cocky, always interfered. Lasspaw lashed her tail like she didnt notice the smile.

"Lynxfang," Haggarstar smiled proudly as she stepped down as she let other leader to step in.
Jealousy rose greatly in Everpaw's stomach. How dare Haggarstar let Lynxfang become a warrior before her?! She turned her head away from Lynxpaw's ugly smirk. Everpaw was determined now than ever to become a warrior soon as possible because she won't let Lynxfang ruin her self-confidence.

Lynxfang's tail flicked back and forth in satsifaction. She could feel the Mistclan cats' jealousy towards her and that made her feel even more smug.
Though I wonder if me becoming warrior would affect the prophecy,she thought curiously, head tilted to one side.
Tigerfrost smiled as he saw Lynxfang look proud. The deputy felt the familiar swell of pride he got everytime an apprentice became a warrior.
"Next,"Demonstar growled, flicking his tail for Twilightstar or Revolutionstar to come up.

"Tonight before the Gathering me and a patrol of mine found a badger in our territory....I warn you to keep a look out for it...It's an intelligent badger...Plus one of our queens have birthed three strong and healthy kits to Fireclan." he meowed calmly.

Walldrop slumped with sorrow. He couldnt mope openly in a closed off place alone because Fireclans leader had to step up... Foxdung this is horrible to bare, he whimpered mentally as he casted yet another look over at Appleblossom. Depression fell over him like a blanket of snow. Cold, and uncomfortable from his usual pride.
