((Gathering 5,
All Clan cats are welcome, I still believe tensions are high for them))
The full moon appeared through the star-filled sky, enlighting the dark forest floor into a place of silver and shadows. Suddenly shapes of linthe cats ran down like a gracefull river onto the meeting place. They were there, MistClan, yet it was strange. No Calico tom was there. No calico tom with kind forest green eyes stepped up proud and strong in front of his Clan to challenge the darkness around them. He was dead..But dead from a murder, one that was foretold in a blood-filled prophecy.
Dustleaf shook her fur and twiched her ears. It was cold out tonight..The other Clans better show up soon, she thought. The tabby and white she-cat glanced over at Pebblefoot. Her friend was already growing big, this would have to be her last Gathering before her kits were strong enough.
(Sorry about that, Even though Duskstar is dead I needed to start this Gathering anyway. My writing is a little weird..I guess it's from the lack of typing because of school.)

Twilightstar walked at a brisk pase, her clan following behind. The crisp air chilled the leaders snow white fur. When they reached the gathering place, she saw the other cats... but no Duskstar. A worried looked spread acrossed her face. She walked slower.

Foxtail followed her leader glancing every now and then at Spiderfang. Foxtails fur fluffed up as a night chill breezed by.
Starryeyes padded along side her sister. She wanted to talk to her but she felt like she couldnt. She felt like it was a time of silence. She smiled over at Waterlilly. Puddleleaf was trying to contact starclan and was sorting herbs so she sent the young medicine cat instaed.

The massive darkness swept in the clearing, making a strange sound. A hollow echo haunted the clearing with mumbled words that no one can understand. A cat appeared at the edge of the clearing, a few tail lengths away from the darkness. The cat prowled until it stopped. The ears twisted and flickered. She heard it. The hollow sound. She understood what it meant and her nose wriggled with aniexty. She rose her head high toward the moonlight sky, her yellow eyes glowing. The jagged star on her cheek burned intensely. She is ugly, but with that scar on her cheek, it even made her startling beauitful, even made her look creepier than before. She is nervous, despite what she looked like. She stood there, unmoving. Fearless and boldness in her yellow eyes. Behind her, a group of cats were following her. She walked right in the clearing, shooing the darkness away. She saw that MoonClan and MistClan already arrived. She is not the last, but the third.

Demonstar(?) prowled forward, his head held high. He could feel the tension in the air as he ventured forth with his cats behind him. He bore scars from the recent battle and his eyes flashed in the moonlight.

Waterlilly smiled back at Starryeyes.
Spiderfang felt Foxtail's eyes on him. He kept his normal smirking face.
Twilightstar hopped up to her place. She looked at the clans. She wanted to say something but she did not want to be the one to break the silence in the air.

Haggarstar reached her place and made sure her clan is safe and sound. She looked at other leaders. She greeted Twilightstar, the leader of MoonClan, but she did not say anything to the new leader of MistClan. She disliked Demonscars. She remembered him from long time ago. He was out of the clan until he came back a few moons ago. That made him...odd and of course, he is evil. Obviously. So, she said nothing to him. She did not want to stirr trouble, infecting her clan with this kind of trouble. DawnClan is strong, but with small number of cats. She prayed to StarClan that there will be more kittens next spring.

(I don't think we should...we should make it the day before the battle breaks out. Like the day after they find out Duskstar was murdered and the tension is just rising even more)
Revolutionstar leapt onto the gathering spot for the leaders. His eyes cold. He was still angry over the outbreak a moon ago, but he tries to hide his anger not seeing Duskstar anywhere...instead he sees Demonscars/stars...That's strange. he thought.

Demonscars dipped his head to the other leaders. "Duskstar could not come tonight, for he is ill,"the tom informed, leaping onto the Great Rock with the rest of the leaders.

Revolutionstar nodded and stepped forward. "I will." he meowed with ease. "Fireclan is well. Our prey is plentiful and our stream is full of water...a couple days ago one of our queens kitted...We are blessed with three more kits." he meowed

Sunflash nodded. He personally liked one of the kits, he couldn't wait until they were apprentice age. It was strange though, how Duskstar was ill. He only saw the leader strong and powerful, something awful must have gotten him. Was greencough coming around? Surely it didn't start until later on, in Leaf-Bare?

Demonscars stepped forward afterwards.
"Duskstar is unable to join us today, for he is ill. But he is recovering quickly. Prey is plentiful in Mistclan and our cats are ready to fight any threat,"the tom reported, giving each leader a measured look with dark, red eyes.
"I hope he's not looking for trouble,"Blazeheart muttered to Sunflash, her claws sinking into the earth.

Revolutionstar shot a measured glance to Demonscars. He didn't know if he was threatining the clans...not too wise of him.
Brokencyde coulnd't help but grin, but the grin faded as quickly as it had come.

Lilydawn stood beside Brokencyde, pressed her pelt against his's for warmth. Leaf bare does not come, but it is so cold tonight. She was glad she has Brokencyde. She smiled at him, but she was worried about everything. Her clan. Everyone.
Haggarstar looked at Demonscars then told him, "As the leader of DawnClan, I truly hope Duskstar will get better soon."

Waterlilly kept glancing over at Wolfsong. But his eyes were looking up at Demonscars with a face that was impossible to read. She sighed.

Lie, the word popped in her head as she snuggled closer to Brokencyde for some warmth, but it was not enough. Was the air too cold? No, it is not the air, it is the tension. She hated it when things get too tense. It made her shiver.

Demonscars nodded, "Thank you, it means alot." But something in the cold depths of his eyes showed his words were hollow.
"Our Clan is thriving and some of our queens are close to kitting,"the tom reported.
The black tom took a step back, flicking his ear to show he was done.

Lilydawn was taken aback. She was surprised at his kiss, but she gladly kissed him back. Her tail began to twitch uneasily, signaling that she has too much things on her mind.

Demonscars nodded to the Fireclan leader and gestured his tail for either Twilightstar or Haggarstar to speak. His reddish purple eyes scanned the moonlit clearing, picking out his Clanmates from the crowd of many colored cats.
